Vintage Advertising Mirror With Smiths Electric Wall Clock 

This is a beautiful Vintage Advertising Mirror With Smiths Electric Wall Clock.  It can be wall hung by the two metal chains attached to the rear of the mirror. Not many of these adverting mirror clocks have survived!

In good condition, there is a chip on the corner of the back of the mirror, and some tarnishing on the front.

Dating to the 1950s/60s, the mirror has the following marketing tag line on the face picked out in red, black and gold.

Fitted with a Smiths Clocks and Watches Ltd movement which has been stripped, cleaned and lubricated such that it will run tirelessly for the next 60 years! Mains powered, it has been rewired with red braided wire and fitted with a new white plug.

Please note that this clock runs at 200/240 Volt, 50 Hz, and is not suitable for countries running at an electricity frequency of 60 Hz (for example, the USA and Canada).
